Based on the classics but designed for the future, the TR-8S is set to become one of the most used drum machines made by Roland. Hosting several ACB (analog circuit behavior) models of their most iconic drum machines including the 808 and 909, the TR-8S has now been expanded even further with samples. Loaded with over 300 preset samples and the ability to import your own stereo or mono samples using an SD card, combining classic drum machines with your own individual sounds has never been more exciting. With plenty of finger ready controls for creating patterns, manipulating sounds and adding effects, performing with the TR-8S is quick and easy.

Made for the stage but at home in the studio the TR-8S has an array of different features for externally processing and controlling the device. Audio and MIDI can all be sent over a single USB cable so you can process, control and automate individual channels on either your DAW or AIRA Link host. Alternatively, you can send and group any sound out of eight analog outputs, control external instruments and process audio back through the device with it’s stereo audio input. The TR-8S is a flexible and intuitive drum machine that doesn’t just look and feel amazing, it’s also fun to use.
